06 / Before the engagement

Useful details

A clearerstarting point.

Is all work delivered remotely?

Yes. Requirements, reviews, document preparation and agreed implementation support are handled online. The tools used for meetings and file exchange are confirmed for each engagement.

Can you work with our existing applications?

The work starts with the business tools you already use. Standard integration options, documented interfaces and compatibility limitations are reviewed before a connection structure is proposed.

What is included in the starting price?

Each service lists a starting scope. The written proposal confirms the applications, workflows, deliverables, support hours and total fee. Third-party subscriptions and additional work are excluded unless expressly included.

Does a review include implementation?

Planning and compatibility reviews produce analysis and recommendations. Implementation support is included only where it is stated in the agreed scope; production changes require your approval.

Will you need access to our systems?

A review may start with documentation, screenshots and a walkthrough. If access is needed, the purpose and permissions are agreed first. Credentials and sensitive records should not be entered in the website form.

What will our team receive?

The agreed deliverables may include system maps, workflow maps, compatibility notes, integration requirements and technical reference materials. The proposal specifies the formats and handover process.

How is the schedule agreed?

The schedule depends on the scope, application access and the materials your team can provide. Milestones and dependencies are confirmed in writing before work begins.
